Authorized use

Evergreen Digital Media (EGM) applications and internal services are private tools intended for EGM employees and other individuals expressly authorized by EGM. They are not offered for general public use. Access is permitted only with EGM authorization and may be revoked at any time.

Accounts and access

Authorized users must protect their login credentials, use only their assigned accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Signing in through a third-party provider, including Google, does not by itself grant permission to use an EGM application.

Acceptable use

Users may access EGM systems only for authorized business purposes and must not attempt to bypass security controls, access information without permission, disrupt services, or misuse connected accounts and data.

Third-party integrations

Some EGM applications connect to external services, including Google, to support authorized business workflows. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms. EGM applications will only request access needed for their intended functions.

Availability and changes

EGM applications are provided for internal operational use on an as-available basis. Features, access, and these terms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as operational needs evolve, subject to applicable law.
